We also provide 24/7 DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing to employees working in safety-sensitive industries such as healthcare, transportation, construction, and manufacturing. Phenom Labs partners with employment agencies as well. 

 

Q: What types of clinical diagnostic testing does Phenom Labs perform?

A: Phenom Labs performs anytime on demand physician-ordered mobile or in-office collections for metabolic screenings, drug/alcohol screenings, respiratory panels for strep, COVID, RSV, and flu. Click here for details. 

 

Q: Does Phenom Labs provide mobile testing services to homebound patients?

A; Yes! Phenom Labs provides 24/7 mobile collection services to patient residences under physician order. 

 

Q: What drugs does Phenom Labs test for?

A: We provide DOT panels, non-DOT panels, and instant testing. Phenom Labs offers a variety of customizable mobile drug testing panel options that test for THC, opioids, cocaine, PCP, amphetamines, barbiturates, therapeutic drug testing (tdm), and much more! 

 

Q: Can I come to your office to get tested?

A: Yes! Phenom Labs welcomes onsite patients for clinical testing as well as DOT/non-DOT drug and alcohol testing with appointments during our regular operating hours. You must make an appointment for office services. Schedule your test here!

Q. What do I need to bring for my test?

A: Phenom Labs takes our patient's privacy seriously. No testing will be performed on individuals without a valid, government-issued photo ID card as verification per HIPAA or DOT regulations. 

 

Q: As a safety manager at a fiberglass plant, what types of drug and alcohol tests are available to my employees?

A: Phenom Labs provides mobile pre-employment, return to duty, reasonable suspicion, random, and post-accident testing to make your job easier ensuring the plant safely meets its productivity, safety, and DOT or OSHA compliance goals. Phenom Labs collects urine, saliva, sputum, and blood for occupational health testing. 

 

Q: I own a freight company. Where can DOT compliance testing happen?

A: All DOT testing is monitored, but can be conducted at any site with a restroom that can be secured against specimen tampering in accordance with DOT regulations.

 

Q: I’m a medical provider with a busy specialty practice. How long does it take to get patient diagnostic results?

A: The standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for non-STAT test results. The STAT turnaround time is 4 hours from the time of collection. 

 

Q: When can I expect my DOT drug and alcohol test results? 

A. Drug and alcohol test results will arrive within 3-5 business days. Non-DOT and rapid tests turnaround time varies.
